Our facility allows for resistance training, cardiovascular exercises, HIIT, and flexibility training, as well as other non-traditional exercises such as rope climbs, heavy bags, and a horizontal rock wall. Your workouts will be tailored specifically to your needs and preferences. Whether you are looking to build strength, increase athletic performance, lose weight, or improve your overall health, working with a personal trainer will help you to safely meet your goals.
Kelsey received a B.S. in Exercise Science and an M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Western Michigan University. She is also certified through the American College of Sports Medicine. She has experience helping a wide range of clients reach their fitness goals and is especially passionate about promoting resistance training among women. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys being active, yoga, painting, and reading.
